1. Should I install Sliding Window with Top Hung? If you prefer more privacy and want ventilation during rain, a sliding window with top-hung is a good choice. However, it is slightly more expensive than a regular sliding window.

Homeowners who are shorter may need to use a chair or ladder to access the top-hung section, which can be inconvenient or unsafe.

If the top-hung window is rarely used, the internal mechanism may also spoil faster over time due to lack of movement.

2. Is the Sliding Window with Top Hung approved for HDB use? Yes. It fully complies with HDB’s safety and installation regulations. Our licensed team (HB-02-0677D) handles the permit submission for every project.

3. Do you provide dismantling and installation services? Yes. Our service includes dismantling and disposal of existing windows, fabrication, and professional installation by our experienced in-house team.

4. How long does the process take? The average lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after onsite measurement and confirmation. We will update you throughout the process.

5. Do you offer free onsite quotation? A $50 deposit is required for onsite quotation. This amount is deductible from your purchase if you proceed. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp or visit our showroom for a free consultation.

6. How can I get a quote? Let us know your preferred window mechanism, window dimensions, and choice of frame colour or glass type.

7. What is the warranty coverage? All sliding windows with top-hung designs come with a 12-month warranty covering workmanship and product defects under normal residential use.

8. Do I need to apply for the HDB permit myself? No. Ho Ho will manage the entire HDB permit submission process as part of our service.
